1 Ball and 2 Ball Passing Warm-up

Here is a great series warm-up passing drills. Each of these drills can be done for about 30-60 seconds and will help improve hand-eye coordination, ball-handling, dexterity, and confidence.

Passing-Japanese Triangle Passing Drill

The Japanese Women's National used this drill in their pre-game warm-up. It is a great passing drill that can be used by teams at all levels as either a warm-up drill, or by youth teams, as a valuable passing drill.
